“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
We are currently in the Epiphany Season.
Epiphany lasts from four to nine weeks. It goes from January 6th to the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. The exact length of the season varies, dependent upon the date of Easter. It is during this season that the various events that revealed the divinity of Jesus are celebrated.
We hope you will join us for worship. For more information about the worship services throughout the season of Epiphany, please contact the church office. The office will put you in touch with Larry Hollahan (Chairperson of the Worship Committee) or another member of the Worship Committee.
Following the worship service we will have our SOUPerbowl Meal and Fellowship Event. It is a soup luncheon in the Miller Fellowship Hall and EVERYONE is invited! Please make your favorite crockpot meal (soup, chili or whatever) and bring it in to church. Make sure it is labeled with your name and kind of soup or creation, and place it in the kitchen area. It will be plugged in and stay warm during the worship service. After worship we will gather to enjoy the variety of crockpot delicacies. If you don't have a crockpot or you're not much of a cook, you may instead bring in crackers or bread or a dessert or drinks.
